View from the Chair - Chairman's update May 2022

So unbelievably we are a month into the season already. The senior sides have hit the ground running with 8 wins out of 9 games. This sees both 1st and 2nd teams in the top 3 in the league and the 3rd team making a great start the season winning the first ever 3rd team game played by the club.

Special mention and welcome to our new lads Nathan, Tom, Gaz and welcome back to Sam and Stu. It's also worth mentioning how well the youth have started in the senior sides this season. Harvey, George, Will, Charlie, Tom, Noah, Max and Corey have all hit the ground running. Our junior season has also started and it's great to see the kids back out on the field and playing the game in the spirit it's meant to be.


The first TCC 3rd XI game ever!

Off the field the clubhouse is nearly there and we hope to be open to the village in mid June. Please keep an eye on our social media for more updates.


May 2022 - Tintwistle CC Clubhouse.

This will include details of our 2022 cinema night and Gin and Ale festival. A few teasers are we will be welcoming Tintwistle Smokehouse for their debut on Speedwell and also delighted to confirm the return of the very talented Fay Brothers.
